You have to consider that typical Playstation emulation doesn't have as high of a CPU requirement as Saturn, GC and Wii. I used to be able to run Bleem on my old Pentium 3 550 for example.

It does indeed have some translation tools. A built-in memory editor, memory search(including relative text search, etc.), disassembler, inline assembler, etc.

Some form of tile/sprite editor is a possibility.

Technically it should work. But looking at the specs that's a pretty slow processor. And you say Dolphin runs on it?

What results did you have when running on it?

We're actually in the process of reworking how we're collecting English strings to translate and pushing the translation to Github. If all goes well we'll be using Transifex. Then all you'll have to do is login, translate the strings, etc. and it'll do the rest of the work.

Currently there isn't a way to display it as you want.

Dumping all textures in memory isn't currently supported.

A snooping tool would be difficult to implement given there's no fixed standard for storing texture data on a disc. It also goes beyond the scope of Yabause.

If you managed to find your way here I apologize that the main site is down. It happened due to a bit of a botched upgrade ::) Wiki and forums should still be up though. Hopefully it should be up again soon.

If all else fails trying running as administrator.  Although you should be able to set write permissions in the folder properties under the Security Tab.

What is the full path of the file you've set for the backup memory save? Does the folder where it's supposed to be stored have user write access?

Not sure what Mac OS X all provides for creating images, but ideally you want an application that outputs bin/cue files. Yabause does support iso and mds to varying degrees, but there's so many variations in iso+wav, iso+mp3, etc.  it makes it a mess to try to support. Plus there's patent issues that still remain with mp3.
