Suggestions / Re: specify games directory - Yabause on Android

Image that some people have multiple storage mediums or what to have as me, path which they are used to.. im using with every other emulator path like this /Games/Saturn  /Games/Amiga /Games/Dos /Games/Dos   its easy to remember and manage all you games except native Android ones on 1 place.

Yeah i know game /Yabause in root on linux, or C:\Yabause, but there some conventions, some basic of good behavior - like make path manageable by user.

+1 level would be enable mount a play image through lan, because its waste of space and time to copy images per device, gigabit network is much faster than was cd/dvd, on pc its working well..

I'm not sure to understand why it would be better... the exact files location doesn't matters much, no?

I use mayflash ps3003
PS3 to PC USB adapter

I think the controller comes up as a DirectInput controller in Windows.

However, I cannot setup my controller because of the accelerometer Sixaxis.
Everytime I try to set a button, it becomes GREEN ticked immediately... like something is triggering it.

Is it possible to filter the controllers in a dropdown... or have option to ignore accelerometer input?

The accelerometers in the controller are the problem as sixad takes them to be buttons and they don't have a dead zone, sadly. I fixed this by making a default config file for sixad with

sudo gedit /var/lib/sixad/profiles/default

and adding there lines:

# ##########################
# sixad configuration file #
########################## #
# Features
enable_leds 1
enable_joystick 1
enable_input 1
enable_remote 0
enable_rumble 0
enable_timeout 0

# Joystick
enable_buttons 1
enable_sbuttons 1
enable_axis 1
enable_accel 0
enable_accon 0
enable_speed 0
enable_pos 0

the important one is the enable_accel 0 to get the accelerometers to be turned off. Then start sixad with sixad --start and then start yabause.

This is great! Any chance to get this fix for Windows?

I have this which makes PS3 controllers appear as normal game controllers in Windows.

Maybe have to disable something in Mayflash...
Some info in setting what is difference between STL and D Input would be also nice..

Yeah... but just to make sure I understand: when building with OpenGL, Yabause works but crashes when closing application?

Yes, that's correct.
I can reproduce the problem here, so don't hesitate to ask for testing if it can't be reproduced there.

And that happens only when compiled with Visual Studio?

Yes, because official build (made with MinGW) doesn't crashes.

Yep, you only need either SDL or SDL2, not both. We will remove support for SDL in the future.

Thank you for the confirmation :) I updated the wiki accordingly.
