Apart from the constant flickering and the need to go from OpenGL to software rendering whenever a screen effect is applied, there's two major partystoppers on CD 2:
 - When you have to fight the massquitoes, every time the massquitoes fill the screen, it goes black and will stay like that until you (Without seeing it) change to a different screen.
 - At the bomb defusal section. You can do the bag part, but as soon as you should be able to see the inside of the bomb, black screen. You can't continue playing from this point.

Did you tried it on 0.9.12? :)

Nope, we've stuck on 0.9.11 because of some debugging issues with 0.9.12.

On 0.9.12, the flickering is gone on Software rendering mode, and in OpenGL, the flicker's stronger and the game's slower.

Just popped my 0.9.11 savegames on 0.9.12, I still have the blackout on the massquitoes thing, the Konami logo, and the bomb defusal section. Doesn't look like the emulator likes the transparencies on the overlays, and fadeins/outs.
